Hi, this is Nikki. I'm 38 years old, a married woman and have two lovely kids, age 7 and 1.8.

My Story

I have a 9-5 job and have to sit all day in front of my laptop in the office like most people dose. I used to be admired by my friends because I was so skinny, I never exercised, or let's say I didn't need exercise, and I always ate whatever I loved to eat without any concerns but still maintained a good body shape at around 95-100 pounds by 5'6 before I have my babies.


But you know, things changed. I got 20 pounds after having my first kid when I was 31 and plus 30 pounds (no kidding, 30 pounds!) after I have my second baby 2 years ago. 150 pounds is the fattest period of my life when I was 36. It was such a nightmare.


I locked up those beautiful dresses and jeans that it seemed like I'd have no chance to wear anymore, tried to convince myself that my husband would never care how fat I am and will always love me like the vow he made the day we married.



Indeed, he never said a word and performed normally just like I was still what I was before. However, it's not hard to read that something has changed from less and less sex we had after I raised 50 pounds, probably 1-2 we occasionally have per month. That was so frustrated and was the lowest tide of my life.


For rescuing my marriage, I know I had to do something before it's getting worse. Having no excuses I determined to learn "How to lose weight?". I read tons of blogs of "weight loss", subscribed to a bunch of so-called "weight loss" experts' channels on YouTube, learned what's Green Tea Detox, Keto Diet and Low Carbs Diet, even I strictly implemented a Tabata training for once a day and 5 days a week lasting 4 weeks. Eventually, I shed 6 pounds in the first month and 2 pounds in the second month. Guess what? There was no plan for the following months. The reasons are there were too much useless information I absorbed at a time from those so-called experts, wasted my money on at least 2 paid "weight loss" programs online that they were literally complicated for me to understand and too hard to implement everyday.
