  • What is the term of price?
    All Holocene prices are shown as Ex-work basis, which means the prices don't contain the freight due to the cost is varied with the different destination. Please contact us for getting the detail of freight.
  • What is the delivery for bulk cargo or big amount of quantity?
    It can be fast-courier, air cargo, and sea shipping depends on the actual situation, requirement.
  • What is a standard procedure of a transaction?
    Just like the other business does, we'll send you a Proforma Invoice with our company title and signature according to your specific requirement of the product. After getting your confirmation of the Proforma Invoice and payment, we'll start preparing the shipment and arrange a soonest delivery against the latest shipment date that we've dealt in the contract.
  • How to pay for a business transaction?
    100% T/T in advance for new partner, then it could be so flexibly negotiated according to the actual condition For amount over 30.000 USD, we accept sight L/C as well.
  • What are the logos or brands of Holocene's products?
    Basically, most of the Holocene's products are delivered as a natural package, just like the principle, concept, and style we are promoting. However, there are a few integrated products will show the original brand on package, product or structure. If you are attempting to market with your own brand, then ask a customization service will be a good choice for you.
  • Can we show our logo on each product?
    Yes, sure you can. As long as the amount of procurement conforms to the given MOQ, we are pleased to provide the OEM service for each partner to reach success together. However, if the logo design or workmanship cost is beyond the normal, there will be an extra charge.
  • Is Holocene a manufacturer?
    We have our own production lines for manufacturing Outdoor textiles, cushion and pillow products, known as the brand, Simprich Technology in Taiwan. We got involved outdoor camping industry about 2 years ago, started with a new brand Holocene Outdoors that mainly provides Simprich's products and some other good quality products that we integrated from domestic.
  • What to do if there is a problem with the product?
    Please contact us ASAP. Try to describe the problem as detail as you can. It'd be much better if there are some more photos or videos, that help us determine the problem and work out a solution faster. Problematic or defective product may cause by various reasons. Here we simply define it as following two situations: 1. Before delivery Basically the Holocene Outdoors products are qualified by a strict inspection before we deliver it out. However, if the problems still happen and defects are determined that casued before shipping, then it goes to the step of Return & Refund. 2. During delivery Try to record the clear evidences at the first moment when you receive the products as possible as you can. Claim a compensation from the forwarder.
  • How to apply a Return or Refund?
    After evaluating, we'll provide a satisfying solution to compensate for any loss due to our neglects. Usually, the solution will be a refund or an instant resend instead of return because the international delivery takes time and cost. But in any case if a return has to be, we'll try our best anytime.
  • How to buy a product from Holocene Outdoors?
    Since Holocene Outdoors is mainly serving for the enterprise. Therefore, we are sorry that we don't provide an online store service at the moment. If you are interested in any products, please leave us a message with specific information of product including product S/N, color and quantity as detail as you can, fill in the form of Contact Us, we'll reply you soon within 24 hours and assist you to finish the following process of purchase.   • How does the delivery work?
    The delivery can be various ways according to the different quantity, location, and actual demand. Usually we deliver the products by fast courier as a door to door service.
  • How to finish the payment?
    We accept T/T, Alipay and Western Union for general consumer at the moment. An online credit card service will be coming soon as well.
  • What is the term of warranty (personal buyer)?
    All range of Holocene Outdoors products is fully warranted to each buyer against the defects in materials and manworkship. Once the defect is evaluated that happened during the manufacturing, we'll accept return and exchange unconditionally to assure each your satisfaction of purchase in Holocene.
